Booking Process & Cancellation Policy
Availability / Information Request
Send us an Availability Request by email to: email@example.com. The request should include the following:
– Your Name
– Email Address
– Phone Number
– Accommodation and Location preference (e.g., Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, or Mexico
– Preferred Travel Dates
– Number of guests traveling, including number and ages of children
Booking Process & Payment
1. We confirm receipt of your inquiry and contact the resort to determine availability for your accommodation preference. Once we have this information, we notify you. (This should take a day or two at the most.)
2. You should confirm with us that you wish to proceed with the reservation and provide the name and contact information for the lead guest
3. We also email to you a PayPal invoice for full payment of your selected accommodations. Full payment must be paid to us before we can process your request. PayPal accepts most major credit cards and processes payment through a secured link. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to pay through Paypal. There is a 3% Paypal processing fee which will be added to your invoice.
4. We make the reservation with the resort and send you the confirmation via email.
5. Email your itinerary to us 2- 3 weeks prior to your trip departure date so that arrangements can be made for your complimentary transportation from the airport to the resort. Round trip transportation to and from the resort is free of charge for our guests, if you fly in and out of the airport nearest to the resort where you will be staying.
Note: We recommend that you not make any flight reservations until your accommodations at the resort are confirmed and you have received a confirmation number. However, before deciding on your vacation travel dates, it would be a good idea to check various airlines to see what flights and prices are available for your preferred time of year. The further ahead you book with the airline of your choice, the less expensive the airfare. Check www.skyscanner.com to find the best fares.
As your departure gets closer, we will reconfirm with the resort to make sure that all is in order. Our main goal is for your trip to be as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We will assist you in any way we can to help make your vacation a memorable one.
Cancellation & Alteration Policies
The Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort requires ALL guests to be aware of its Alteration and Cancellation Policies which are outlined below.
Date Alterations: Once a booking has been confirmed you may only make date alterations where we are given 3 months notice prior to the arrival date. We can accept alterations of 2-3 day movement of the confirmed booking to accommodate flight changes. All alterations are subject to availability.
Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation ONE Month prior to arrival and receive a full credit of the fee paid for your room unit. (Refunds are not offered). Any Cancellation less than one month prior to arrival will result in the entire fee being forfeited.
